Unable to view device details in Sophos Central

When clicking on a device name in Sophos Central, I briefly see the details for that device before being kicked back to the previous page. This is happening for workstations and servers. Anyone else run into this issue?

Yes, I'm having the same issue. I've tried three different browsers with the same results: Edge, Chrome, and Opera. In all cases, the details screen briefly shows and then kicks me back to previous page.

I also have checked all the browser!

its funny when you check cloud outage status everything is green! yet half of the cloud is not working!!!

Same here. It says I am on EU-West of Amazon, which is odd considering we are in the US
