We are currently testing the endpoint protection with intercept x. When installing the software on machines something is not allowing the update to occur and it is stating that a competitor is causing the issue but it does not specify which. We currently have no competing software on the Pcs and we have what we believe to be a clear path through out web filtering. Is there a specific path that needs to be whitelisted that I may be overlooking that maybe we cannot see?
