RCA for Sophos Central Incident - late July/early August

We wanted to share an RCA for the intermittent Central incident from July 31st to Aug 18th. Please look at the below KB posting

    Here after is it possible to have a Health check Status from Sophos on all these elements?

     

    As,

    1. We will be spending lot of time internally to figure out if its our Network Infra Issue

    2. When we work with Support at very first the Individual agent too has no clue of the issue being at Sophos end Rather than customer premise.
