Clean the overview of domain synchronised Users and 'self-generated' users.

Good day fellow Sophos central users,

Within my company-operated Sophos central I am running into the issue of unused domain synchronized users clogging up the overview. Think of domain accounts that were generated for use as an e-mail domain or other various admin accounts. Within the dashboard, it now shows all these users as unprotected, which is messing with the overview.

Is there a way to hide accounts from the overview?

Secondly,  When a user from outside the domain signs up for Sophos (i.e. from a laptop) the installation package generates a user & a device in Sophos central (with the windows username as a user and the network computer name as a device name). The device naming itself is fine, but the user portion of this is a problem (again mostly for the overview).

Is it possible to delete these self-generated users while assigning their devices to the domain user?

Thank you in advance for any and all trouble to be taken.
