I dont know about others but in the course of IT Audits i am finding certain information requests as it relates to antivirus more difficult to satisfy with Central. While i Have faith in the central platform, auditors request verification of certain controls... IT would be great if Central could incorporate some of the common control requests into their reporting...
Examples are Reports that might
- Software and Definition update frequency per host or policy (I understand it is in the KB, but auditors want to see it in a client interface or report)
- Software and definition versions at a client level compared to latest release
- Policy report that aggregates all the service policies configurations into one report.
The existing reports are not satisfying auditors. Curious of others feedback, and if other encounter similar issues.
