Application Control blocking an Application from running... app is NOT listed

We are trying to run installation for the ZOOM video conferencing software (found at https://zoom.us/). It seems our Sophos client is blocking the installation, however, there is no listing in the Application Control policy settings to enable the application.

Is there a way around this?
