    It does help you protect your system from Ransomware attack, but to be honest not as effective as Intercept X. Think of it like layers of an onion in regards to security, Sophos Endpoint Advanced provides some layers (features) that protect against ransomware, but Intercept X provides most of the layers and is the strongest thing we have for Ransomware specifically.

    In case you need further details about this, the Sales team should be able to explain you better.

  • I would recommend caution with Intercept X.  If you are considering it, do the trial first.  We had major major issues with compatibility and Sophos offered no support for it.
