Multiple Computer Endpoints - Under My Single User Account Issues

I am having trouble setting up my 3 computers under a single user account via Sophos Central.

 

ATM, I have sent an email from that created 'Admin' user account to the computers (1 OSX/2 WIN). And changed the Username of that 1 Windows computer, but it comes up with a user like LAXUD5/Garry rather than the changed user of 'Admin'. the user as shown below with a yellow warning symbol (identical username), is after I have changed that user to the identical user shown below.  I was hoping it would consolidate the two, but it has not worked, instead showing two seperate users. How is the proper method of achieving this process or will I have to now buy a license for each computer....??

    There’s no need to purchase a separate license per computer as licensing is per user. However, servers are per install. It will only consolidate if the user on the PC is the same. If it’s a non-domain computer then it will create new accounts.  For further instructions on consolidating, please follow this KBA.
