How to clear medium or bad status? Not clear the log

I am looking at a way to clear the Medium or Bad Status for computers and devices one they have been corrected in Sophos Cloud Central.

I do not want to clear the log, just the status. With several hundred users, if I select it to show me Medium or Bad Status, the list can get rather long, waiting on the 90 day fall off time.
Even after taking corrective action, they still show up with Questionable or Critical status.

Again, not looking to clear the log, just the current status.

    Sophos detected a piece of malware and cleaned it.

    Shows as a medium alert.

    Sophos found a Trojan on a thumbdrive, required a restart after cleaning. After restarting computer still shows as a high risk alert, even though the log says it’s clean

    Real Protection drops out during a shutdown occasionally, and Sophos detects it as being disabled. When the machine is restarted, the service restarts and everything is fine, but it still has the PC flagged as a high alert.

  • I too am trying to figure this out.  This is one of a few things in this product that I haven't quite comprehended, but I'm hoping there's an answer.  Sophos is doing a great job at protecting us from threats, and the reporting and management features are quite ambitious, but some of them seem half baked.  

     

    As time goes on, more and more of my computers are showing the yellow triangle, even though threats have been cleaned up on them.  I can't find a way to reset the status.  If I reinstall Sophos it resets it but surely there's a better way that I haven't come across yet.
