after server antivirus program version upgrade, our application was not working. when we off real time scan then our application is work normal. we tried to exclude application folder but problem is same, kindly help us.

Does a process fail to start?

Is it a client/server type application so the network is involved?

If you turn off on-access scanning and it works, what if you enable on-access scanning but exclude C: for example, does it work then? I wonder if exclusions would help before narrowing them down?
