Identify a User or Notify User Using Sophos Central.

Our Sophos Cloud Installer Package is being used by certain Workplace Engineers Possibly to Use on Personal Computers, However These Personal Machines are showing up on our SOphos Central Console, Deleting is Re-adding the Device.

Any Suggestions How to Avoid this ?

How To Notify the Personal System User?

  • I believe Support have an option to "expire" an installer such that you would need to download a new one for it to register with Central.

    This is a way to prevent existing installers "working".
