Endpoint Policy not updating?

So Central Status shows green, but our Endpoints don't seem to be updating policy. I checked one using the diagnostic tool and it shows last heartbeat was 8-10. I checked another and it shows 8-9. Is Central still broken?

Things seems to be OK this morning. If you are still facing issues, reach out to support and let us know what they say/suggest.

I reached out to support back on 8-25, but no answer yet. My policies are still not working either.
