Hi Everyone, 

 

We have deployed Sophos cloud to our Windows 10 machines, recently some devices have started seeing this pop up: 

My question is, can we disable these notifications in the action center without stopping Sophos from being turned on? Or will disabling this stop Sophos from starting. This may be a simple answer but we have yet to replicate it.

    Hi Casey,

    You can disable it from the Action Center. However, I would like to know which Security Software would you prefer to use, Windows Defender or Sophos? Whichever you choose to use the other should be disabled. We recommend using only one AV on any given machine to avoid the performance issue. Please click here for how to turn off Windows Defender.
