I have an installation that never completes on now two pc's giving me the same, 'Installation will complete when a network connection becomes available', error.
There is no Sophos Shield icon for me to click on when you hit finish leaving it sit over night hasn't helped.

I've tried uninstalling, clearing the registry and reinstalling.
I've run the installer as local administrator, and downloaded the newest installer for central.sophos.com but nothing seems to work and I still don't get a sophos shield icon that every KB tells me to right click on and force an update.
Can someone help with this?
