Set Status "protected" for User which work on a terminal server

Hi community,

in our Company we're using Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (2012R2) and protect our Server with Sophos central Server preotection. How can set the Status for users which work on it to protected? In the usage summary the Show me all terminal Server users as unprotected and on the Topic People in Sophos central Administration too.

Thanks in advance

  • Hi,

We are in the process of rolling out some enhancements to our Central Server protection product, this will include RDS support. As part of the new release RDS users will have the Server they connect to shown under their list of Devices, and the Users will show as protected on the User report.

On the Server details page it will show if RDS is installed and also list users that have connected to the Server in the last 30 days.

Once the updated version has rolled out to all cusotmers we will be enabling the features for everyone in Sophos Central, this should be in the next few weeks.

    Regards,

    Stephen
