Sophos Central Partner Dashboard Unreachable

Question

My link to Central Parter Dashboard gives me A DNS error. As of yesterday (August 7th), it was active. Has anyone else had trouble getting to the Central Partner Dashboard?

 fe.sandbox.sophos &rsquo;s server DNS address could not be found.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

My issue was fixed when I went to https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/partner instead of https://id.sophos.com . The ID one fails to go to the partner area.

 This is a known issue that has been observed infrequently. Development is aware and working on this. In the meantime, please access the Central Partner Dashboard via https://cloud.sophos.com/manage/partner instead.
