Give access to only certain websites using Sophos Cloud endpoint protection

Question

We have Sophos Central Cloud endpoint protection advanced licenses with intercept X. We do not have Cloud web gateway 
 Is it possible for me to give certain users access to only to certain websites and block the rest. This is related to an internal portal we have. It is accessed using a FQDN. So in the logs i see that the website ( webserver.mydomain.com ) is blocked because it is uncategorized 
 I was thinking if i allow that website. Global settings - system settings - website management and add the website in it. So it would be allowed for all users irrespective of the policy we have. 
 I am thinking of having a web policy in future, where i can create a policy, allow only certain websites and then add users to that policy. will it work

 You can add the websites that you want to allow and tag them with the same name so that you will later be able to create policies and add those tags. The websites can be added only from Global settings - system settings - website management and from the policy you can only add the 'Tag' of the website like shown in the image below.

 Once the websites are tagged, create policies according to your requirement. 
 
 Once the policy is created you can assign the policy to the user. Let me know if this helps resolve your query.
