Sophos Central Client Update failure

Hey Dave, Earlier today there were install/update issues reported on the central status web page. This link is now top of the list in my favorites... There is an update that the problem has been cleared. Sometimes that's the case and sometimes it's not entirely accurate.

yeah it was worth a shot, but i still get this event:

The Agent Update Status is successful and the client is active in my network.

Funny thing is, it is alwayse the same "download" id or whatever which my client is trying to fetch from the server.

I did some digging and found a link referencing the same GUID - cd2a5386-f08c-42b1-8d98-40240059e361 that you are seeing. It's a couple years old but....maybe give it a read if you haven't already.
