I noticed yesterday that in my "tray" there was an indication after I re-booted that Sophos had failed to update. I've gotten this message from time to time but it usually goes away quickly after the reboot. This time, I opened Sophos to see if I could just manually get it to update and scan, but I could not. Instead, I got an error message that read:
Sophos Endpoint Security and Control has encountered a problem and needs close. Description – unable to run saved scam. Unknown error: OxAO2000D
The system has been set to run a scam weekly, but the last time it ran one was 7/20/17
How do I get it back to running properly?
Thanks-- Lloyd
