Anybody else suffering with slow policy updates & Sluggish Sophos Central Dashboard

For the second time in the last month I'm having issues with policy updates taking longer than normal to apply, the Sophos Central Dashboard is also very sluggish, taking much longer than normal to load pages and in some instances not loading at all when trying to filer clients.

    The issue is now resolved and it should be working fine. If you are still facing any issue please clear the browser history and try again.

  • We are suffering with terrible performance issues in the Sophos Central console. Literally clicking on anything (devices/users/reports.....) results in the 'spinning wheels' for minutes.

    It's pretty much unusable in its current form. Strangely there are days when it's almost instantaneous but they are few and far between.

  • I was on the phone with Support last week and commented about the sluggishness of Central and the tech responded that they had received an email that morning regarding performance issues with the US West servers, but we checked the status and it showed all good. 

    The tech also informed me that they were notified of upgrades to the Central servers that should be completed within a couple of weeks. 

    Not sure what servers you are on, but I am on US West and all seems good this morning.
