we realized that our website http://www.anjodatecnologia.com.br is recognized as 'Unknow' category when using the 'URL LOOKUP' tool inside Sophos Cloud Web Gateway. So we reported that 03 days ago using the same tool (Click here if you think the URL is mis-categorized) and until now no update was made at sophos side.
How sophos could name itsel as security company since they are not listening customer working with their products on the front?!?
How much time should we wait to Sophos team categorize some website?
