We are trying to sync our Connectwise PSA agreements with Sophos Central. API setup, we can see our customers, but some customers are not showing the correct agreements. I found this KB: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/126175 which references another KB about the Agreement Name and Customer name needing to be unique, and the KB is supposed to reference the correct naming configuration, but the link is invalid. My question is, can someone please point me in the right direction in getting this setup properly? Also, I know Central sync once a night, which makes it Extremley difficult to test. Is there a way to manually sync our PSA with Central so we can test and get this knocked out and out of the way?
