Exclusion for Intranet Server in Thread Protection

You can add exclusions under the Global scanning exclusion from Sophos Central Dashboard. Please refer to the article Threat Protection Policy, look for Scanning exclusions in the given article. Let me know if this helps resolve your issue.

I excluded the hostname of this server as website in the Threat Protection Policy. But without any success. It does not work. 

Can it be that we do not use a real domain name? We use only the hostname. Typically a domain is blabla.com or notworking.com.

Hi, I too have the same issue, we have an internal server with an exe file that users need to download, we've tried IP and FQDN but can't get an exclusion to work and the exe is always blocked?
