Sophos has been stuck removing a potentially unwanted application for 2 hours. What should I do?

2. What is the OS on the machine?

3. What is the name of the program that has been identified as a Potentially unwanted application? and do you see the path of the program?

Hi Haridoss, I went to the online dashboard and was able to get it to finish. I am on an iMac with Sierra 10.12.5 and I think it is just Sophos Home. Just in case you have advice if it happens again. Thanks!
