AD Sync Setup - Sophos Credentials not working ... What AM I missing

Trying to setup AD Sync for Central and it asks for AD Creds and Sophos Central Creds. I put in my sophos creds that work here and it tells me "Sophos credentials are not valid"

What's the deal, any ideas?

Your login for this forum is a different system from those of your Sophos Central account.

The account you enter in ADSync is the same as the one you would use to login to Sophos Central:
https://central.sophos.com

Sorry bad wording. I put in my Sophos Central Creds that I use to login to the portal and it doesn't work. Do I need to setup another set of credentials?

Is there any information on this? Is MFA the issue? I don't see how to create an account without MFA for sync...help would be greatly appreciated.

this is an issue for us also as you cannot use your partner account and have to use account local for the customer.
