Unable to download protection?

At some point in the last hour, we've lost the ability to download the SophosInstall.exe from our client portals in Sophos Central. The web page looks OK under "Protect Devices" but none of the download links are actual links.

Anyone else seeing anything similar?

  • Now we're seeing it intermittently working. Exciting when you're trying to push out over a thousand...

    Have tested from multiple devices behind multiple different firewalls, including an AWS and Azure server.

    As I write this, it is working again so I'll have to try the Developer Tools thing next time it isn't.  Thanks for the suggestion.
