AD Sync error

I'm trying to configure AD Sync for the first time and get the following error when I try and sync

HTTP request to https://cloud.sophos.com/api/sessions error: An error occurred while sending the request.

I'm thinking firewall? I've tried running the AD Sync on my workstation and a DC and get the same error

It might be. Check the log here to see if there is more information:

C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Sophos Cloud AD Sync\Logs\

fixed it it was the Proxy (UTM) added a couple of exclusions for cloud.sophos.com and another one and its now working
