Could not extract the installation files. error code 23

Upon checking the %temp%\Sophos Endpoint Bootstrap_2017########.txt

This error code appears:

Finishing with code 0x17.

Also sophos_bootstrap folder is not created.

The sophosinstall.exe was run with admin privelage.

Is there anyone so could happen encountered this error?

I would suggest running Process Monitor [https://technet.microsoft.com/sysinternals/processmonitor.aspx], while running the process again. If there is an issue unpacking the files to a temporary location that should help identify it.

Unfortunately the install log is not available anymore. we have decided to reformat the unit.
