I am getting a BSOD after restarting my PC hmpalert.sys seems to be causing this. any ideas?

After attempting a backup of the target machine i am getting a BSOD. It is listing HMPAlert.sys as the cause. any ideas on how to circumvent this? or fix it?

Looks like it is an issue with the HitmanPro. It happened to me at the end of a sophos install.

I haven't found a fix yet but will do when I find it.
