remove trial products from CENTRAL ADMIN

hello

On the SOPHOS CENTRAL ADMIN i had enabled the trial of the ENCRYPTION and WEB GATEWAY products. Now i want to remove these products from the SOPHOS CENTRAL ADMIN but i dont see any option to remove. It just say that is missing 10 days to expire....how can i remove this products from the ADMIN CENTRAL and from the workstations and keep my endpoint standard license.

Hi Luis.

I am not sure about transitioning from Advanced to Standard. It might just be policy settings. As for the trial license, you have to submit a support request to get it removed. Here is a link to the article: https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/126503

I recommend sorting out the Advanced vs Standard first though as once the license is gone all options related to it disappear as well (we went through this with InterceptX). Also, you may find this useful - it is the 'known issues' list: https://community.sophos.com/kb?TopicId=9000
