Unable to browse internet if sophos internet scanning enabled

Hello,

Unable to browse the internet if Sophos Internet Scanning Enable. Once Sophos Internet Scanning Disabled you can browse the internet using the browser. Please see screenshot below...

Computer Details:

Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

 

Unable to browse if Sophos Internet Scanning (Web Protection) Enable. 

Can browse the internet if Sophos Internet Scanning (Web Protection) Disable.

    Hello Sophos,

     

    Did you have a solution for this problem. We have the same problem with version 11.5.6 on some pc's.

     

    Very strange, a lot of pc's are working without any problem, but some have this issue.

     

    A quick solutions should help us.
