Duplicate email Alerts

My boss and I are the only super admins in Central console.  Since setting him up, he's been receiving duplicate alerts via email.  Just this morning, he had an authentication issue that we resolved based off the forum recommendations of removing his user account and re-adding it to the console.  I did that and it resolved his authentication issue.  I hoped that it may resolve the duplicate email business too but it doesn't seem to have.  Any suggestions??

  • I'm getting the same duplicate alert problem with Sophos Home. The lack of any response to your issue for a paid product makes me think I won't have any better result posting a new question for the free version. Is this forum the only support route for Sophos products?
