Hello, After contacting your live chat about uninstalling the trial sophos business. she informed me to request my Tamper Protection Password.

I assume you will need to follow:
https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/124377
if you can't login to the web Sophos Central to disable/obtain the password for the computer.

Maybe you deleted the computer in Centra first? Either way the above article will help.
