Sophos Central Endpoint, Win10 prompting "Do you want to run this app? You should only run apps from publishers you trust"

This is coming up for one of our clients on multiple Windows 10 machines? Any ideas?

Hi ArtL, 
 That looks Normal , It would prompt for setup which are not associated with Microsoft , As you would see the Publisher is Sophos Limited and you may run the application which you would trust to run . When you trust such an App , I would suggest you to select "Dont Show this again " and proceed further. We cannot determine why such prompt were asked , as we are considered 3rd Party AV . Windows Essentials is Published by Microsoft so you would see such Prompt .
