Where is the quarantine with the latest client?

Exactly as the subject :)  Latest client, I had a document which was ransomware so all I have is a "Sophos cleaned the document" entry in the console from where I tried to save it out of Outlook (specifically to see if Sophos would detect it).

I was expecting it to be in some kind of quarantine but there is nothing obvious in the new "thin" client interface even after putting in the admin creds.

  • Hi Everyone,

In the Central client, we do not have any quarantine directory to store the files removed by Sophos. However, it is stored in a separate local Database so that in the event of a False the positive the file case be restored.

You may contact support to restore the False positive files.
