Sophos Bad Reputation

Hello, I have a client that your firewall does not allow Sophos updates, because it indicates that the server has a bad reputation updates. the message sent by the UTM is:

2016-07-08 16:50:43 Deny XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX 208.111.171.148 http/tcp 59036 80 1-Trusted 0-EXTERNAL ProxyDeny: HTTP bad reputation   (HTTP-proxy_Open-00) HTTP-Client.Open proc_id="http-proxy" rc="595" msg_id="1AFF-002C" proxy_act="HTTP-Client.Open" reputation="97" host="d1.sophosupd.com" path="/update/49ef7fd39afdd39ebf885b4b3e6c9b48x000.dat"

 

 

Any ideas?

    Hello:

    It´s another Vendor, to be exact is brand Watchguard.

    When I test the link you sent me, shows me the same, "Denied by bad reputation"
