How do you remove items from quarantine on a users machine through the cloud interface?

Scans have detected some items to remove on a users machine.  I go to action center and choose delete and the files go away.  However the icon next to the computer still indicate that there is a problem.  When I look into the status of that computer it says there are some items to be cleaned out of the quarantine. 

So how do I access the users quarantine without going to their desk?
