Sophos Cloud trial expires = no uninstall?

Trying to uninstall Sophos Cloud trial so I can replace it with our downloaded full Sophos client instead; however, the trial has expired and the Dashboard won't show the Tamper Protection password.

No tamper protection password = no uninstall of Sophos. 

Is there any way to display the Tamper Protection password now that my trial is over? Installing the full client over the Cloud client didn't work.

  • I think the trial expiration shuts down a few too many bits on the web UI. Under Global Settings, selecting "Tamper Protection" displays... nothing. Blank screen, no error message. It's as if Global Settings just quits working when the trial expired. Ouch.

    Target system is Windows 2003 Server.
