You can achieve this via the Application control policy by adding those above apps as controlled applications. For the web base access for those apps, you can also add website management and change their categorization using the known block categories so that they’ll no longer be able to access both apps and web-based when connecting outside your network.

Hello, i set a new policy with "block data sharing" and "block online storage"  but users are still able to enter drive.google.com

With the options specified as shown below, I am able to see the "Website Blocked" message generated as expected.

I suggest testing this via an incognito browser to ensure that the cache in the browser is not interfering with the policy changes you've applied.

I can see "Website Blocked" error on "drive.google.com" but im still able to upload & download files from yandex disk. 

Do i have to define every online storage website one by one to block?

When checking the website category of "disk.yandex.com" I see it is currently classified as "Search Engines". You can also verify this by using intelix.sophos.com

It's possible to reclassify the site using the category override function in website management, but you can also submit a request for the site category to be changed on our side by filling out the form under "Web Address (URL)" on the following page.
