New Malware Detection - false negatives reward

No -- they'd be paying out a ton given all the submissions they are given daily.  However consider that if you are using their products, others doing their submissions also benefits you (not to mention those of us paying for and using more advanced sandboxing/AI products from Sophos are also automatically submitting sample continuously too, which eventually filters down to the users of the more basic products) -- so we are all helping each other.
