Sophos XDR Updates problems due Amazon adresses

does anyone know the problem that XDR clients are isolated because updates are no longer possible? It is triggered by the Amazon IP addresses being blocked by Central at the local firewall. Thanks: docs.sophos.com/.../index.html we have a "short" list that would have to be entered... Does anyone know of a way to do this properly?

  • Thank you for reaching the community forum,

Auto-Isolation can be triggered if you have Sophos heartbeat active in your environment. This is normal behavior when you have the said feature on in your environment,

The list of all domains and ports found in the KB article should be allowed in your network infrastructure. You may need to revisit your whitelist and see if you miss some of those Domains and ports.
