with the subscription we are authorized partner, the device is windows. There isn't error message, the option for downloading the Endpoint Protection.

Do you mean that there's no option to download the SophosSetup.exe from Sophos Central? As Glenn mentioned below, have you checked with our Customer Care if the NFR license is already activated in your account?
