    Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum. May I know what region you're in?

    If you haven't already, you may try the download using a different browser. In some instances, this type of issue has to do with extensions loaded into your web browser. If you're using Google Chrome, try using the "Incognito" mode as it won’t load web browser extensions when started up.
