macbook not started: sophos network extension and sophosscand

We have a number of Macbooks running macOS Monterey 12.5 that have the following services stopped:

sophos network extension and sophosscand

Can you advise a fix please?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. Kindly refer to the following article to confirm if the required security permissions are configured:
    macOS Security Permissions Required

    I also suggest launching the "Endpoint Self Help" tool on the affected devices to check the permissions. The status including any suggested actions will be displayed on the "Prerequisites" tab. You may also reboot the device after this.
