Could you share some additional details on what you've tried so far?
I suggest checking the existing rules uploaded by Sophos Labs to see if any of these will accomplish what you're looking for.
If you'd like to set up an advanced expression, I suggest checking that you're using Perl syntax to match the aadhar code. You can also use the following site to test whether the regex you populate will match the sample text.
