Sophos Central Freeze

Dears,

any one please advice Sophos Central is freezing when I install agent it stopped on registration with sophos Central

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. 

    I suggest trying the steps mentioned in the following KBA. 
    - Failed to retrieve policy within 900 seconds

    You can also check the CloudInstall logs for the lines mentioned in the article to see if this applies to your situation. 

    This can occur periodically if our back-end environment is experiencing high load at the time you're trying to install. This can also occur if an existing entry for the device you're trying to install on is already present, though this is not as common.
