Sophos Protect for Linux heartbeat?

Sophos Protect for linux states it supports heartbeat, but it don't see any of my Suse 12/15 registered with xg firewall.  Is this actually supported currently?

      Hello ,

    Thank you for reaching the community forum. Suse 12 and 15  isn’t supported by our SPL, so this is the reason why you're not seeing it on your FW. You may refer to these release notes under-supported platform. Only those listed platforms are currently supported by our SPL.
