With the MTR team. In other words, from the cases option within the MTR dashboard.

I know we're making some changes. I am not sure if this would be part of that. Let me check for you.

We are adding the ability to directly create a case for the MTR operators from the central console, I expect that feature to be enabled in Sept/October.  Stay tuned and more will be announced on the community forum for MDR here: https://community.sophos.com/mdr-community-channel/
