Endpoint Not Stopping YouTube

Hello,

I have the default endpoint web protection policy set to stop quite a few sites and it doesnt appear to be working at all. Below is a screenshot of my config:

Any advice would be appreciated .

Do you have decryption enabled? If not can you enable that?

In the threat protection policy linked to the user/computer there is an option for decryption.
