Update Cache status "Failed to download", unable to find packages CIXSRVFLAGS and CIXFLAGS

Our Update Cache server started failing to download updates today at 2022-07-06T10:21:17.714Z with the following errors in the downloader.log:

I tried shutting the service down, backing up and recreating the directories: Status, www\customer, and www\warehouse, but the failures continue after restarting the service.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

    From the cases I am seeing, this appears to be a more widespread issue. I have attempted a Sync between Sophos Central and the licensing portal for your environment. Let me know if you see any improvements. 

    I will follow up on this thread with any additional information I find.
